1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the baj liv platform and its users. By creating an account or using the service on baj liv, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

These terms have been prepared in Bengali and take precedence over any other language version of baj liv. In case of any ambiguity, the interpretation of baj liv authority shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration

Each user must create a personal account to use the services on baj liv. All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

2.1 Registration Conditions

• Each person may open only one account. Holding more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number and email address at the time of registration.
• The account is for personal use only — it may not be operated on behalf of or for a third party.
• If documents are requested for identity verification (KYC), they must be submitted within the specified time.

2.2 Identity Verification

baj liv may initiate an account verification process at any time. Identity verification may be mandatory before large withdrawals in particular. The account may be restricted until the required documents are submitted.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

Users must be at least 21 years old to join baj liv and play games. Use of this platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.

If a false age is provided at registration, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited. baj liv authority reserves the right to verify age at any time.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. You are strongly advised not to share this information with anyone.

4.1 Login Protection

• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify baj liv support immediately.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Avoid logging in from public Wi-Fi networks.
• Log out after using your account.

If unauthorised access to your account occurs as a result of another party's actions, baj liv is not responsible for transactions that took place before baj liv was promptly notified.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on baj liv.

5.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks).

• Deposits may only be made from a payment account or bank account in your own name.
• Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
• If there is a problem processing any deposit, inform the support team along with the transaction reference.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.

• The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.
• Try to withdraw using the same method you used to deposit.
• Withdrawal may be on hold until any active bonus wagering conditions are met.
• If suspicious activity is detected, withdrawal may be temporarily held.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

baj liv offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own conditions, which must be read carefully before claiming.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000 — however, the bonus amount (৳1,000) must be wagered 20 times, i.e. ৳20,000, before withdrawal.

6.2 Other Bonuses

• Weekly baj liv Deposit Gift: 50% bonus on any deposit once per week, up to ৳5,000 — wagering 20x, minimum deposit ৳300.
• baj liv Slots Fun Bonus: 30% of daily deposit on slot games once per day, up to ৳3,000 — wagering 25x, minimum deposit ৳300.
• baj liv Weekend Festival: 75% of deposit on Fridays and Saturdays, up to ৳8,000 — wagering 20x, minimum deposit ৳300.
• baj liv Birthday Reward: Once a year on your birthday, up to ৳1,500 — wagering 15x.
• Refer a Friend, Get baj liv: Up to ৳2,000 for each successful referral — wagering 10x.

6.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses apply to one account only — claiming bonuses from multiple accounts on the same device, IP address or payment method is prohibited.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering conditions are met.
• baj liv reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, baj liv may cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to betting and playing games on baj liv. Separate detailed rules may exist for specific games or sports.

7.1 Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets placed at odds displayed incorrectly due to a technical error may be considered void.
• Live betting is available after an event has started, but baj liv reserves the right to close any market at any time.
• If there is an official dispute about the result of a match, the relevant bet may be held pending.

7.2 Casino Games

The results of slots, live casino and other games are determined by a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer system. It is not possible to control or predict game results in any way.

The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each slot game is based on the game provider's own published figures and indicates the long-term statistical return for that specific game — it is not a guaranteed outcome for any individual session.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baj liv platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Operating more than one account under the same person's name.
• Registering with a fraudulent identity or false information.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through match manipulation, match fixing or any other dishonest method in betting.
• Betting through linked accounts to obtain bonuses (arbitrage or syndicate play).
• Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or technical errors in the platform's software to gain an unfair advantage.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

baj liv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on the account.
• If documents requested for identity verification are not provided within the specified time.
• If evidence is found that the account was opened under a false or another person's identity.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

10 Limitation of Liability

baj liv is not liable for any financial loss incurred by a user as a result of playing on the platform. Gaming and betting carry the risk of financial loss and every user must be aware of this risk.

baj liv bears no responsibility in the following situations:

• Technical errors or disruptions in third-party game software.
• Transaction failures caused by internet disconnection.
• Events beyond baj liv's control such as natural disasters, government directives or cyberattacks.

11 Privacy

How the personal information you provide on baj liv is collected, stored and used is described in detail in our separate Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy must be read alongside these terms and conditions.

baj liv never sells your personal information to third parties. However, information may be shared with designated partners for identity verification, fraud prevention or legal compliance purposes.

Even after an account is closed, certain information may be retained for a specified period to meet regulatory requirements.

12 Changes to Terms

baj liv reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through the platform.
